This agreement governs your use of the 2winph platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and account features. Please read carefully before registering or using any 2winph service.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2winph. By completing the registration process on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
You further acknowledge that 2winph may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time and that continued use of the Platform following the posting of any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where the nature of an amendment is material, 2winph will endeavour to notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account.
These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with 2winph's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
To be eligible to register for and use a 2winph Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
2winph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Member's Account.
Any individual who knowingly provides false information about their age during registration, or who assists a minor in accessing the Platform, commits a serious violation of these Terms and may be subject to legal action in addition to the permanent closure of any associated Account.
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on 2winph at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly should any change occur.
2winph may at any stage of the registration process, or at any point during the ongoing operation of your Account, require you to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. KYC verification is mandatory before 2winph will process any withdrawal. You agree to cooperate with these verification requests fully and promptly.
Where a referral or promotional code is used during registration, the associated bonus or benefit is subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion. Referral codes may only be used once per eligible new Member. Abuse of referral systems — including the creation of fictitious accounts to generate referral rewards — constitutes fraudulent conduct and may result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and the closure of all linked Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
2winph will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 2winph's support team immediately.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 2winph immediately via the live chat support function. 2winph will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily restrict the Account pending resolution. 2winph shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
All Wallet deposits on 2winph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 2winph accepts deposits via a range of payment methods including, but not limited to, GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are displayed on the Platform and may change from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Minimum deposit requirements are displayed at the point of transaction.
By depositing funds into your 2winph Wallet, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful and authorised owner or user of the payment account or instrument used. 2winph reserves the right to request evidence of the source of any deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
2winph is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing that result from the actions or systems of third-party payment providers, including Philippine banking institutions and e-wallet operators. In the event a deposit payment is reversed or charged back by your payment provider after funds have been credited to your Wallet, 2winph reserves the right to recover the corresponding amount from your Wallet balance or by any other lawful means.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification to 2winph's satisfaction. Withdrawal funds will be remitted to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or as otherwise directed by 2winph's payment team.
2winph endeavours to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within a matter of minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are typically processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform volume or when additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
2winph reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of any ongoing Account review. Any funds derived from Bonus credit that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
2winph offers various promotions to its Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, and game-specific missions. All promotions are subject to individual terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
2winph reserves the right to void any Bonus and to withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts; employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; and any form of collusion or coordination with other Members to exploit promotional structures.
2winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect Bonuses already credited to a Member's Account at the time of the change, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory direction.
All games available on 2winph — including slot machines, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and arcade titles — are subject to specific game rules displayed within the relevant game interface or section of the Platform.
The random number generators (RNGs) used in 2winph's non-live games are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure compliance with recognised fairness and randomness standards. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are disclosed within each game's information panel.
Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in accordance with standardised dealing procedures. Game outcomes in live dealer environments are determined by physical processes (card draws, dice rolls, roulette ball physics) and are not subject to electronic manipulation.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — including connection interruptions, server errors, or display errors — 2winph's system logs shall be the authoritative record of the outcome of any affected round. Bets may be voided and stakes refunded where a fair game outcome cannot be definitively established from the system record.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on 2winph and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Wallet balance:
All content on the 2winph Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, text, photographs, and audio-visual content — is the property of 2winph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a sale of any intellectual property rights and may be terminated by 2winph at any time without notice if you breach these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, or create derivative works from any 2winph content without the prior written consent of 2winph or the relevant intellectual property rights holder.
In compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements and 2winph's internal Responsible Gaming Policy, the following tools are available to all registered Members at no cost:
Responsible gaming tools may be activated via Account settings or through 2winph's live chat support team. Requests for self-exclusion are processed immediately and take effect without delay. Members who have self-excluded may not request early reinstatement of their Account before the elected exclusion period has elapsed.

2winph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any associated Wallet balance, where 2winph has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance attributable to fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or Bonus abuse may be forfeited entirely. Legitimate deposited funds not involved in the relevant breach may be returned at 2winph's reasonable discretion, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 2winph's support team. Account closure does not entitle a Member to recover Bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 2winph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or transmission failures, even if 2winph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2winph's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of all claims arising from the Member's use of the Platform shall not, in any event, exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 2winph's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 2winph's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
In the first instance, any dispute or complaint regarding the Platform or 2winph's Services should be submitted to 2winph's customer support team via live chat, with as much relevant detail as possible including the date and time of the relevant event, game or transaction reference numbers, and a description of the issue.
2winph will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Where a complaint requires technical investigation, 2winph will notify the Member of the expected timeline for resolution.
Where a Member is dissatisfied with 2winph's resolution of a complaint, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority for independent review, in accordance with that authority's published dispute resolution procedures.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
The operation of 2winph is subject to PAGCOR oversight and all relevant Philippine gaming legislation, including applicable provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act, and the Consumer Act of the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms operates to override or limit 2winph's obligations under Applicable Law.
2winph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting to the Platform. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Member rights or obligations — 2winph will endeavour to provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to registered Members.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
